Montana itself (as a state) is not better than Michigan (in my opinion). The mountains here are rad, but so are the Great Lakes. I love our base and I love the people here. However, I love Michigan and I love the Plymouth Canton area especially. I miss everyone back home and all the conveniences of living in a suburb. It’s not cool to drive 30 minutes to get to a McDonalds. It’s tough to compare the two because they’re so different and we’re here for a really specific purpose.
